1. Information about the extent and manner of processing of personal data

The purpose of this web portal is to provide users with comprehensive services and information services for valuation purposes and other real estate market activities.

For the purposes of setting up and administering a user account, we ask for the email and name, surname and telephone contact. In addition, for the purpose of issuing invoice, if applicable, the address of the place of business or residence.

In order to detect possible behavior of a user that is in violation of the terms of the contract, in particular the unauthorized extraction of the INEM database, the abuse of one account by several people, we monitor and for one month store the IP addresses from which the user accesses the system. The log of these IP addresses is automatically and permanently deleted after a month.

Personal information, especially email, will be used for occasional marketing offers of the portal operator.

We do not ask for any other data and we do not process any other data that could lead to the identification of the user and the processing of such data.

2. Data and Privacy Protection

The operator of the inem.cz portal protects personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

The operator is aware of the rights and obligations of persons providing data that have the nature of personal data within the meaning of the legal provisions and respects the privacy of users of the site.

The Operator will not transmit any personally identifiable information provided by the user of the www.inem.cz portal without the consent of the user except in the cases specified in the contractual terms, legal regulations or with the consent of the user.

Portal users are advised not to send any information they consider to be confidential via the e-mail or user interface of the portal. In electronic communication via e-mail, the information contained in the message is not encoded.

3. Form and period of retention of personal data

Data provided by the user to the inem.cz portal is stored electronically in the inem.cz database. Transmission of input data is encrypted using the https protocol. Access to the inem.cz database is only available to selected employees of XP invest s.r.o. (the inem.cz portal operator) through a secure access password.

The retention and processing time of the entered data is not time-bound.

At the request of the user, the provider will export the data to the user, or delete such data from the inem.cz data repository by manual intervention.

4. Final Provisions

The Consent to the processing of personal data and information on how such data is processed in the current version is valid from May 25, 2018.
